Wow, I am behind. Kept wanting to post about the week before Thanksgiving but every time I sat down to do it my camera was somewhere else and by the time I went to get my camera, I found something else that needed my attention. So...now it is time to catch up.
The Wednesday before Thanksgiving, I organized a "Thanksgiving Craft" morning with several moms and kids in our area. In total, there were 6 adults, 7 toddlers/preschoolers and 3 babies. We made turkeys by tracing the kids hands and then edible turkeys with
oreos. All in all, I think the kids would have thought it was just as fun to just play with the toys and each other. :) But it was a lot of fun and hopefully we can do a Christmas themed one in the next coming weeks as well!
Unfortunately, I forgot to take pictures until after some people left. So here are some of the kiddos with their turkeys

Then on Thursday, our dear sweet friend Patsy came back into town! She moved this summer and came back to see us! We started the fun girls weekend off by going to the midnight showing of New Moon. I couldn't believe I was really going to the midnight showing--I'm not a die hard fan or anything-- but those kind of things are fun to do once in a while. Got to bed at 4 a.m. and up by 9 a.m....not bad but that's why I'll do it once in a while. :)

The following day we met for dinner at
Biaggi's.

It was so great to see you Patsy and to get together! I wish we could see you more often!! Our turn next to come see you! And while I was doing all this fun girls night out stuff....Taylor was in Utah for one of his buddies weddings. So it worked out pretty well...especially to have my family close to help watch Isaac.
